Hello mam, No mam they do not cause any side effects it is a biocompatible material . They totally get fixed in the bone and stay as normal teeth . But maintaining it is a regular procedure by review.

No its made up of  biocompatible material does not evokes any foreign body response as it is made of inert material that is titanium which does not provoke any response and it get osseointegrated with bone means it get fixed with bone.and there is no relation with cancer

Hi Implants are the best option for tooth replacement. The material what we use is titanium which is bone friendly and it doesn't harm you provided no other complicated medical issues and proper maintenance needed. Periodic review after implant placement is mandatory.

As far as study says implants are made up of highly biocompatible material i.e. Titanium. It doesn't have any correlation will cancer.
