No need to worry .The swelling can be due to pus accumulation or because of calculus and plaque deposition

You may do warm salt water rinses 3 times a day for around a week. That may give some relief. Kindly visit your dentist to get clarity regarding the cause of swelling

Swelling might be due to underlying infection and pus accumulation even after root canal treatment.
