Depends on which teeth they are.. back teeth will need to preserved by treatment and then capping. If it is front teeth then it depends on the symptoms since between 6-7 years milk teeth start falling. Consult a good pedodontist

Will need a pedodontist opinion. 5 years is too young to lose teeth. Better try to save the teeth. But treatment may require general anesthesia or consious sedation.
