Hi sir...
It is possible to do Root canal treatment for children....
For children this procedure is called as PULPECTOMY....
You need to take IOPA( X_RAY) to rule out the extent of the caries....
If the cadries is confined to crown portion of pulp we will do Pulpotomy...If it progress to root portion you need to go for Pulpectomy( complete removal of both crown and root portion pulp) followed by capping....
