You'll need to get an orthodontic treatment (braces) for that, but I'm guessing you've already undergone one, hence the retainers?

HAVE you shown it to an orthodontist ? there are two types of retainers passive thats when you have completed your orthodontic treatment ,the other is active . get a check up done with the picture it looks live your lateral incisor is missing ,though not very clear
