Attach pic. Good mouthwash not doubt. Do brush off your teeth after 10 minutes of using mouthwash every time,in order to avoid getting stains followed by long term use of mouthwash. Once or maximum twice per week mouthwash should be used, not more than that.
Next Steps
warm water with a pinch of salt gargle is beneficial.

Hi this might be due to mouthwash if it is containing chlorhexidine .... u should not use mouth wash for more than 15 days .... u should wait for 15 days and then again start using mouth wash .... regular and continuous use of mouthwash specially if it’s containing chlorhexidine will cause stains .... instead u can do normal water rinses after every meal to maintain oral hygiene.... or else u can use mouthwash which do not contain chlorhexidine in it for a month and then give break of 10 days and again start with the same .... freshclor , listerine etc don’t contain chlorhexidine so u can use them on regular basis
Next Steps
Consult ur doctor for proper brushing technique

Look !its not always the mouthwash problem. If u have not been using in excess than it might not cause any trouble. The thing is that after routine cleaning of teeth people expect that their teeth will remain clean irrespective of their habits to eat and keeping oral hygiene.Thats where the problem lies.So cleaning is a procedure which requires a considerable effort by a dentist n then it has to be maintained by patients too n do not worry these things get well gradually with time .Good thing is that u have started appreciating importance of having good oral hygiene

Hi, Regular brushing (twice a day) and flossing (once a day at night) ,restricting intake of sugary foods and visiting your dentist once in six months for check up and scaling would be an ideal regimen to follow for good oral hygiene. The longterm regular use of mouth wash is not really required if you are following the above regimen.
