Well, I am at the age of thirteen. I often feel dizzy when I woke up. My head ache sometimes. I feel back pain also. I am a nearsighted person. I use gadget everytime and I sleep for almost 6-7 hours. i just lay in our house all the time and use my phone. Until one time I got nose bleed, and then after three or four days. I got nose bleed too. Do you think is it just because lack of sleep and using too much phone?

Hello there, headache can be due to excess use of cellphone, but backpain and dizziness mostly suggestive of start of menses that causes blood loss and lowering of hemoglobin. And bleeding through nose is not a good sign.
Next Steps
Need to look for your menses and need proper medications for nasal bleeding.

well excess use of mobile fone is obviously bad..since as u constantly look at screen normal blinking time is delayed it leads to dryness of eyes forcing eyes to produce more tears..n fr a person who hv already spects its pain fr eyes to adapt change so better nt to push ur eyes goin to extrme modification..eyes adapt it by frequent change in power of lense and odr things which might b cause of ur headache..so go fr a eye check up n restrict mobile use if stopping it is a heartache 😋
ok next thing is nose bleed did u poke ur finger inside nose to clean it? or u had a fight at ur school or with bro..if not den u need to do a blood test hemogram if everything is fine.again diziness is attributed to low BP..cud b because of laziness to drink enough water.
sleep ia fine.. backache might b due to wrong posture u sleep.
Next Steps
