Tear through fillers

I have really bad tear through under my eyes and I am looking for a cosmologist or dermatologist to help me get fillers under my eyes. Before I visit the doctor I want to know a few things. I would want to know the type of fillers used for the tear through? How long will it last? How much it would cost(a rough estimate would do)?
