Tear , pink eyes , ear wax blockage

I have been having pink eyes since few weeks and had visited a doctor , well he had given me ciplox - d , and few other antibiotics recently i have also started having earwax blockage and lump of wax , getting settled inside . please can you suggest me the best doctor in NEW DELHI , 9 near dwarka , janakpuri ,
