Dear sir my weight is 128 kg, I intake extrapulmonary tb drugs 4.12 days dots treatment in ddu delhi, telma am morning and gp1 is evening, lymphadenitis Tb in neck back side, few days heavy abdomen pain,gastric problems tb medicine I contact to gastroenterology doctor but medicine not relief, my abdomen pain is frequently usg report is done fatty liver grade one all normal, lft is sgot,shot is 300,400,ggt,alkaline is 250,400 please suggest any prescribed I intake 6 tablet isoniazid, rifampicin,embutol, .fullness or tightness in abdomen vomiting sensation.

Tuberculosis treatment has to be considered for a period of 6-9 months without break for complete cure. You are too obese  You should reduce atleast 50-60 kgs in a gradual fashion, say 3-4 kgs per month. Consult a dietician if necessary. Grade 1 fatty liver is normally seen in obese persons.
