I get permanent tattoo on my hand on 02/04/2017 now i want to remove it.Is it possible to remove without any laser treatment.please suggest me solution.

It is not possible to remove it without laser. ND yag laser is used for removal of tattoos. You may have to go for multiple settings depending upon the size and colour used for the tattoo. It also depends upon the density of the colour. There is no other alternative as the colour is Deep in the skin and not on the surface.
