Talus pain
Doctor a couple of months back i wore a terrible sandles. there was no heel in it bit i really caused trouble while walking. all of a sudden one day i had intense pain near my talus area in the left foot. I decided to throw those sandals and wore proper support shoes. now the thing is if i walk a little faster than my usual or a little different my left foot talus and ankle area starts to pain and i can't even put my leg down properly because it hurts. Then with home care it goes away. but there is some pain almost all the time in that area. i can move my feet when there is no intense pain. have not done any xray as such. what could be the reader this keeps happening?

Pain due to improper footwear should not long so long and should subside once footwear is changed You need to go for a check up to nearby orthopedic doctor so that the cause of pain may be determined and treated accordingly
