Taking tyroid , folic acid and iron tabl

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am having tyroid at the time of pregnant I took 100mg of tyroid tablet along with folic acid and iron tablet . Now I have 4 month baby can I take tyroid and folic , iron tablets . Because I am getting hair loss now so wether I should take or not please suggest me .
