Olkem is generally not recommended during breastfeeding. There is limited data about the use of this medicine in lactating mothers.

Olkem is Olmesartan. It is a good medicine for Hypertension but it is not to be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It passes in the breast milk and may harm the baby. Please consult with your Doctor for an alternative medicine.
