I m taking libiruim 10 tds for alcohol withdrawal but thing is my heart rate is high 115 so can i take inderal 10 mg and etoricoxib 60 mg for pain issue is it safe or not

Since how long you are taking librium? Are you improving with it,? If yes, then you can reduce the dose, because it also causes habituation, when the dose taken may not be effective.
Yes you can take tab inderal 10mg, if heart rate reduces o.k., in 5 to 7 days, otherwise take 20mg. But watch blood pressure with it.
For pain you can take etoricoxib.
Take some calcium and multivitamin supplements as well.
It is normal to experience an elevated heart rate during withdrawal, and Inderal (propranolol) is not typically required unless there is another clear indication for its use.
The same applies to Etoricoxib—it should only be used when specifically indicated.
