Taking Golden Milk at Bed Time
Does intake of turmeric mixed lukewarm milk at bed time have any side effects? Does it reduce testosterone level? What homeopathy says on this? Kindly guide. Many thanks in advance.

Yes you can take turmeric milk at bed time. But don't overdose it. Weekly thrice you can take. No it does not reduce testosterone.

Turmeric  milk  is very safe you can drink, it increases your immunity from homeopathic point of view. Turmeric haldi ,from  ayurveda haldi point  view it should  be consumed  only  for  8days in every 1 months cause it affects  kidney filtration.

So my dear friend neither turmeric nor milk cause any wrong effect on testosterone.
