10 days ago a local doc suggested me stresnil 0.5mg to take for alternate days and now course has been completed. But now I am going to a therapist for anxiety and panic attacks, dizziness. Therapist is saying me to continue the tablet until I go to therapy
.I'm in confusion whether to continue stresnil o.5 mg or to stop . Will there be any danger if I use this for long time
