Hi, As I'm got consulted with my dermatologist regarding my receding hairline problem and he'd prescribed nutricap-h medication to take at every morning after the food . Now I'm in night shift, my shift timing would be 7:30Pm to 5:30Am . Kindly advise me , at what time should I have consume the tablet ? Should I be consume before going to bed at 6:30Am else should I be take it afternoon after my lunch meal ? I'm pretty much confused on this. Kindly do this needful.
