You can continue taking your prescribed medications but consult a physician and try to taper the medications that you’re taking
Taking so many medications and that too regularly will have a toll on your Kidneys and Liver so avoid these if not necessary
Try to find the cause of your allergies and the trigger after which it happens such as Food allergy Animal Dander or simple dust mites and even Round worms in body can be a cause of this raised IgE so get Deworming done (take Tab Albendazol 400mg 1 stat dose after meal)
Get a CBC Done with Absolute eosinophil count and a stool Routine Microscopy to rule out any parasite and a allergy test
Try to manage symptoms with the least medications as possible
Hi,
You can continue the tablets. No issues
While you are at it, kindly try and figure out what at home or your place of work is triggering your allergies.
Its usually a deodorant, perfume, soap, detergent or something along those lines.
If you have plants or pets at home, that's something to watch out for. Even if you have a desk plant at work, that could be a trigger
Take care
Once a while, deviation from prescribed dose is not a problem.
