Sciatica pain of one day history without any history of trauma or heavy weight lifting may not be pathological.
Next Steps
you can take dolo if you have ta home. you can take gabapentin 300 or pregabalin 75. it will help with the radiating pain. diclofenac gel application to the back with warm fomentation.
take rest and avoid heavy work
