Systolic or dialostic
Hello Sir madam.. i want to no.. which is more important Systolic or Dialostic.. my Bp is always 130/90 range.. systolic will not cross much but dialostic will be always 90 to 95 .. please tell me. I am not into any medication it's from almost 2 years.. sometimes i take muktavati

Ok.. systolic is normal but diastolic is on higher side... If it is persistent, need to take medicines
