Syst on the neck
My son had a syst on the neck behind his ear. Dr has given antibiotics named Cloff. But I couldn't give complete dose for 5 days. I have given it for 3 days. There is a gap of more than week. Can I start the medicine again now?

From your description it looks like he had a swollen lymph node. Has the swelling gone down, does he have any focus of infection (ear infection /tonsillitis/scalp infection)
Next Steps
If it still same size and he is still having symptoms of infection give warm compresses on that area and five days of antibiotics report back to the pediatrician to assess for further course of action. If it is not felt you can stop treatment. Generally complete the prescribed whole course of antibiotics without break so as to avoid developing antibiotic resistance
Health Tips
Usually the size of lymph node shrinks after an infection has resolved.
