Lymph or swelling on the neck near ear

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I'm seeing slightly swelling or lymph or cyst downside the ear on the neck part for my 2 years son. I visited paediatrician immediately they said not to worry. I let will go off. It's been a month now and I can see its still exist. Please suggest.
