Lymph nodes in neck and pain
My friend son is 4 year old and form 15-20 days he got lyumph nodes in neck. They have done ultrasound and blood test. Do let me know what it is and what will be the next process

Lymph node swellling could be due to Tuberculosis or due to collection of pus. To know that clearly FNAC test needs to be done, where via a needle small sample is taken and sent for histopathology test. This test confirms the nature of the swelling.
This test is important and according to the reports antibiotic coould be stated and if suspcious to tubercular changes is there, further tests needs to be done and to start AKT.
