Hello I'm 23 ,
I used to go to the scan centers to get my blood profile in past months ...
But I never cared about the needle or the syringe that they use on me , whether it is already been used or not .
So as a normal person who goes to blood scan centers for tests , how can I know the apparatus has already been used or not ?
