Syphilis and chlymadia

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am had secondary syphilis rash in march and it lasted till the mid of may.i took the test in may and it's positive with chlymadia too Due to some issues I can't take proper medications for this as a doctor suggested me to go to a clinic. My question ...will it be very very for me if I don't take the meds. i mean how long can I go without having really serious damages to my body. Also if there's any doctor who can prescribe me pills here.. please leave a comment. It would be really helpful.
