Syncope and
Hello sir, myself 34 yrs male with almost perfect body weight but poor stamina and strength. Recently I got a episode of loose motions in morning and I fainted after sometime during morning walk. I remained fainted for almost 10 - 15 minutes and was diagnosed with low BP 90/50 and severe dehydration. I there sometime I should get your advice for.

According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from fainted like syncope . Reason- low BP AND dehydration . If you have dehydration then loss of fluid and salt occurs that cause low electrolyte so Na,K and Cl can be low and That cause low Blood Pressure and Syncope as acute symptoms.

Low bp would have been due to dehydration kerp yourself hydrated with liquids and all should be good soon
