As per ultrasound report "Mildly thick walled urinary bladder without residual urine" what does it mean? Is it dangerous? Curable? Also, my uric acid level is 8.2, should we take medicine? I don't hv any pain.

Mild think walled bladder wall may be due to past infections, or mild bladder outlet obstruction. Need to evaluate according to symptoms. So consult properly plz.
