Symptoms of SGOT and SGPT
I would like to know the symptoms of having high SGOT and SGPT in liver.. Im non alcoholic and only home food eater but recently i got typhoid and my urine is in yellow colour.so took liver functioning test and found that SGOT is 220 and SGPT is 380 which are in higher side but I feel those lab reports are wrong as i am not feeling any symptoms of having high SGOT and SGPT.. So once again would like to get confirm about the symptoms of having high SGOT and SGPT

Symptoms may vary and sometimes can be insignificant. Biggest one is presence of jaundice. You'll see yellowish colouration in various parts including sclera nails etc. Fatigue, nausea, vomiting etc are some non specific ones Severe itching could sometimes be related if the cause is pancreatic. Some people from breath shortness, some might've easy bruising Though many times it so happens that you maybe symptomless but suffer. Rest you can give more details for a more specific answer
