Hello sir, My wife is nearing to date (periods) time, She got sypmotms like Lower Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting Pls tell me whether it is pregnancy symptoms or not? Just 1 week a head of my wife date time, she has got these type of symptoms, whether she go to hospital or not Pls tell me sir
