Symptoms like jaundice
Dear Sir,my father name is satyanarayana 50y, he is cholongincarcinoma patient, it was diagnosed on july-2018,he took treatment for that(Surgery+chemotherapy-6 cycles).  stage is IIB. after  that recently he had symptoms of yellowish eyes and yellow colour urine. Iam here attaching recent test reports kindly suggest me.

hi, Cholangiocarcinoma is notorious to recur. with past history it is likely that the disease is recurred.Along the blood report the patient will also need to do a CT scan of abdomen

As you mentioned there is past history of surgery for cholangiocarcinoma and now again he has developed jaundice. This seems to be due to blockage again and may be due to disease recurrence. Need to immediately investigate the cause of it by mrcp/ct scan and plan further
