I have a lump in breast from teenage but no discharge pls tell symptoms for breast cancer As I have little fluid around my nipple

Most likely you have fibroadenoma( non cancerous condition- benign tumor). Cancer is breast usually painless or painful lump. Some time nipple discharge also there. But all these symptoms not specific to breast cancer alone in non cancerous conditions also had this problem. Meet nearby doctor and need proper clinical examination. Otherwise simple investigation like ultrasound scan can be done. If necessary biopsy to be done
