Symptoms at 5 weeks pregnancy
Hi doctor , I have tested last week through urine pregnancy test kit and there I saw a test line but m not sure whether I have already conceived or it's something else because I am not having any symptoms yet . Not pain at my right ovary . Please help me doctor with your answers . LMP date - 11 July and till now period missed. Thanks .

Hi U have not mentioned whether the test line is proper or faint.if it is faint it can be very early pregnancy.

Usually missed periods is the first symptom of pregnancy. Nausea and vomitting will start by 7-8 weeks

Continue Fol 123 once a day for a month Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Get the following tests done 1. Blood group and Rh 2. Complete blood count 3. Blood sugar fasting and postprandial 4. Urine routine 5. Serology for HIV HbS and VDRL 6. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac at 7 weeks

Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Drink lots of water and fruits juice Sleep for 2 hours at afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime in left lateral position for improvement of blood flow to baby
