Hi, Since 2 month I have this swollen neck. Doctor asked me to do CECT of neck. Please find attached the picture, is it because of the dilation of IJV? I was worried it may be because of lymph nodes.

Hello Dilatation of IJV if assymptommatic doesn't require specific treatment If presents as a swelling of the neck..surgery may be considered
