There is a swollen mass in neck, which is painless and soft. It is present there for many years, nor its changing its size. Is there anything serious???

If it is for many years and without any pain, just keep it under watch. If Rapid increase in size is noted, consult doctor. If it is associated with fever or recent increase in size , need to rule out Tuberculosis of lymph node. For that you need to consult doctor and get some tests done.
