Swollen lymph nodes
How aggressive is head and neck cancer. I had swollen lymph nodes in back of my neck. Its size is 1.2*0.7cm.It is constant for six months without change in size. It is moveable as well. Fnac says feature of reactive lymphadenitis. Other symtoms are nosebleed once in month, post nasal drip nd constant clear phlegm. Can it be cancer?

Head neck cancer is quite an agressive disease. A small mobile swelling with no increase in size for last 6 months is unlikely to be cancerous. It could be secondary to whatever is causing your nose bleed, post nasal drip and phlegm in throat. Or it could be a reaction to recurrent colds or a scalp problem.
Next Steps
You need a thorough examination to narrow down the cause. You may also need imaging, depending on your examination findings.

When FNAC has already given report of reactive lymphadenitis.. It's very very unlikely to be cancer.. It has no signs of cancer such as progressive increase in size.. So probably it's just lymphadenitis
