Swollen gland In Throat After Eating

I have noticed that immediately after eating, the gland on both side of my throat becomes extremely swollen. its returns to normal after about 20 minutes time. It is sometimes painful. I believe it has occured a few times randomly without having just eaten.

You seem to be having recurrent submandibular sialolithiasis. It means that your submandibular salivary gland contains stones in their duct and increased production of saliva during eating makes them enlarge. You need get tests such as X RAY and ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis
