Water retention in body, hands legs and stomach swollen, can't walk, stomach pain is there. I am a diabetic patient and have renal problem for over a year.

Includes control of diabetes, regular check up of blood pressure, urine examination& check up of renal parameters with blood urea,serum creatinine and E GFR.
