Swollen and painful anus
From the past 7 days i have a lump in my anal area and its spread near the vaginal area.it huts whenever i touch it.Moreover i have extreme pain in my lower abdomen and in anus just when i have the urgency to go to the laterine.after that the pain vanishes...since 6days i am taking hot water sitz bath and oxerute oinment but the swollen portion remains the same as before..i also feels pain in anus whenever i am in the laterine and the first stool comes out...kindly suggest me remedies ,plz ...and i just wanna know the reason of it...(i have antral gastritis ,thyroid oroblem,and ct scan shows that i have "loaded colon",...is it a reason to be worried?
