Three month old Son has swelling undereye and orange spotting in diaper at place of urine. uti is negative

Swelling under the eye requires evaluation only if it is significantly swollen and is persisting daily or getting worse. Especially if it's more in the morning time. Orange spotting could be due to dehydration. Which means baby is not getting adequate milk or feed. Feeding volume ( breast milk or bottle milk) has to be increased.

Next Steps

Do urine routine test to check for any protein leak in urine and presence of any crystals in urine.
