Swelling on face
I hv been swelling on face for 15days weight 65kg and I have also done blood test in which tsh is 1.54, glucose fasting 74mg, glucose ogtt 90,BUN-9.0, BUN crtn-16.4, hb - 12.3, total erythrocyte. 3.73×10^6 and MCV 99 and on ankle a small lump is on bone has also appeared in 3-4 days which is painful after pressing... Plzz help me why my face is having swoolen 😞

Your medical reports appear to be normal but doesn't explain the cause of the swelling of your face. The ankle has to be evaluated properly and checked if it is the cause of the swelling. I would advise you to visit the nearest ER and get physically evaluated for this.
