Are you under any long term medication? Or due to food deposition also gum can be swollen. Visit dentist for thorough Check up and If not under any medication food deposition can be the most common cause. Betadine gargle, once a day after food. Attach pictures of your infected gum region. Warm salt water gargle repeatedly as many times as possible. Avoid spicy,  hot food. Hexidine mouth wash once a day for 7 days followed by once in every two days. After meal. Apply, hygiena gel/dologel CT, 4 times/day, keep Applied on affected gum regions for next 2-3 mins,not to swallow the saliva (spit it out) and rinse thoroughly.do not it for next 20 minutes. C. Becosule forte,  once a day for a month, after food.
