Swelling near neck on the left shoulder

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I got by nerve sprain in sleep near to neck on left side. It is been thirty days and since yesterday I can see a swelling on left side near neck..not able to sleep and not able to sudden gestures with head...also can't sleep on pillows straight due to pain on back side of neck ... Able to do works normally but this swelling bothering me more as it is giving more pain now Can you please suggest the process and medicines if any I am adding the picture of swelling for ur ready reference My name is Pavan
