Swelling near ear and throat

My husband is having a pain and a swelling bump kind of thing near to ears and throat and he's having lot of pain and not able to turn his neck and not able to open is jaws.

it mat be due to lymphadenitis. get USG Neck done. take one course of oral antibiotics and pain killer.
