Swelling in posterior testis vein
Halo sir, i am a 35 male, i am having posterior testis vein swelling in right side and lower back pain in same side since a week. i feel pain at night more rather at day. we have no burning sensation during urination. i observed my my testis last and that testis vein got swell. it pain too when any kind of pressure is applied on posterior side of right testicle. so please suggest me any treatment.
