Swelling in Legs
My grandmother was diagonised with urine infection(there was blood loss through urine).Doctor prescribed Cital medicine but now she is having weakness and swelling on face and feet.Please confirm if this is side effect of medicine.Kindly help us with a better medicine which helps her to recover soon.

Hi,this is not sideeffect  of cital.It can be due to UTI. UTI sometimes lead to protein leak in urine, blood vessels lose their capacity to reabsorb fluid from tissues,this appears as swelling. Please contact back your physician
