  4. Swelling in legs. Fatty. Is the problem?

Swelling in legs. Fatty
Frequently swelling occurs in different part of leg. They disappeared after 2-3 months. Initially it gives pain after and week not paining in that area. I visited many doctors. But they couldn't find any reason. Can please tell me what is the problem? Some say it's some kind of fat layers prblm.
