Swelling in Foot,itching in whole body

Asked for Male, 51 Years

My haemoglobin level is 4. My feet get swelled when i do more work. There is lot of pain in my foot and whole body itching is now a common problem. My eyes are pale yellow in color. Instead of many things i tried my haemoglobin level kept on decreasing.
