Swelling and puss around the finger nail on right hand luttle finger. Not much pain but puss increased in last 2 days

Hello sir....  The paronychia will be a troublesome issue if u don't get it drained early.  If u can see the pus accumulating then better hurry up to emergency dept to get it drained.  Until then hardly any medications can act.
