Swelling in body mainly both foots
Acute bipedal edema(mainly), and mildly all body. All tests done, RFT, LFT, ASO RF factor throat swab ECG echo ( as aso positive in childhood taken benzathine penicillin for 2 month and discontinued), Thyroid profile, lipid profile, bld glu, CRP, ESR ect all within normal limits. "Only IgE increased 272 ( normal range<200) " Swelling subsidies on diuretics but mild increase from today after 5 days of diuretics. What may the problem? Pls help 🙏

Being overweight or staying long in standing position and sitting positing without moving frequently can also develop swellings. You require further investigations and assessment. Kindly consult any physician and get evaluated for the same.

Avoid standing and sitting for long. Exercise Atleast 30 to 45mins per day 5 days a week.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like bipedal edema. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

Edema is 2 type as pitting and non Pitting type . so need history more to clear about it . For swelling with out cause systemic infection as Tab Seratopeptidase 5 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food for swelling .
